  • The relationship between the Health Partners and Tata 1mg will be on a principal to principal basis and will not create any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or principal-agent relationship
  • At no time shall the Health Partners represent to any third party that the scope of its association with Tata 1mg extends beyond the scope set out here.
  • Health Partners have no authority to make any changes to the Tata 1mg products, services or offerings in any manner.
  • Certain promotions or offers as specifically made available to Health Partners at Tata 1mg’s sole discretion (Promotions), shall be communicated by the Health Partners to the potential customers without any modifications. Health Partners do not have any right to modify the Promotions communicated by Tata 1mg or to offer any other financial or other incentives to customers to place orders.
  • Health Partners shall not make any representations or assurances to the customers save and except what is communicated to them in writing by Tata 1mg. Health Partner shall be personally responsible for any misrepresentation to the customers and shall also be responsible for penalties and liabilities arising therefrom.
  • Health Partners shall not make unsolicited offers/advances to potential customers without their explicit consent.
  • As part of this opportunity, Health Partners may have access to certain customer contact information, prescriptions and medical information which are confidential and have been made available for the specific use case for enabling orders on Tata 1mg. Health Partners shall not store, retain, share or use such information for any other purpose.
  • The Health Partner Program will be governed by laws of India including all applicable laws, regulations and rules; and terms of engagement shall be communicated and shared by Tata 1mg with Health Partners at the time of onboarding via email or otherwise. Tata 1mg reserves the right to modify such terms of engagement from time to time.
